Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Dad won't take kids on his weekend

A couple years ago my ex-husband took me to court because I was not forcing my son to go to his house on his weekends because of emotional abuse from the stepmom. I was told either I force him to go or I go to jail. So I have been doing that. But if he has plans for the weekend that is his he calls and says he's not picking the kids up even if I already have plans. What can I do about this? He got the judge to tell me I have to force the kids to go, shouldn't he be forced to take them?
