Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

My son's father currently has our child and is not taking my calls or answering my text messages. I need him to confirm that I will be picking up my child in two days. He got upset with me when I dropped our son off, called me up and screamed at me and has since been ignoring me. What can I do?

Call the police and get a report filed.

For the next few placements have the police "keep the peace" then you have records.

If he continues to be a problem then file with the court for a modification of the order to fix what ever problem is still out there.

If he refuses to communicate when the orders say you will communicate you can file for a motion for enforcement to make the order more specific.
