I was convicted of wisconsin statue 943.20 (1)(A) i DID 1 YEAR PROBATION AND PAID A SMALL fine. Will this prevent me from adopting in wisconsin or getting a hoemstudy done

You can get the home study done. The conviction does not bar you from adopting. However, the facts and circumstances, including when the conviction occured, will be taken into consideration by the social worker doing the study as well as the judge who is considering your petition to adopt.
