Payroll garnishment
I received a judgement in the mail to start ganishing my pay check from next paycheck, due to unrepaired damage to my previous apartment.
Can I contest this judgement and put stop to the ganishment while the judgement is being contested?

If you didn't contest the matter in court for the trial or answer the COmplaint, your only likely remedy is to appeal, so long as the deadline hasn't come and gone.
