Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Wisconsin

mirgraines

I have seen three different providers and have had MRIs, LP testing done and tried several different prescriptions. I also have a pinched nerve in my low back and every time. I have a headache and none of my prescriptions have helped. I have gone to the ER one time and they did not treat my mirgraine. I have a pain management doctor and a neurologist. I have been treated like they can not do anything for me and I also have gotten the run around several time. I do not know if there is any legal action that I can take. Can you help?

Re: mirgraines

You just need to keep trying to find a doctor who can figure things out for you. Your problem is a medical one, not a legal one. The law only gets involved if a doctor's negligence causes injury to a patient. Your inquiry does not really show any negligence on the part of the doctors. If you ever determine that you have been injured as a result of medical negligence, you will have three years from the date of injury to file a case.
