scaring from staph infection

I have a staph infection from a missed preop procedure at the time of my c section. I have scaring

from the staph infection I caught because they didnt follow the proper proticol. this was 8 years ago is there a state of limitations on suing for permanent scaring this occured in wisconsin.

The statute of limitations in Wisconsin for medical malpractice is three years from the date of injury. It seems that it is too late for you to now try to pursue a case.
