Legal Question in Technology Law in Wyoming

e-mail correspondence is legal?

Food and Drug Administration, USA & University of Maryland Drug Information Service,Baltimore replied by

e-mail to my e-mail query to both of them.Can i legally place them before court as supporting evidence. I will be obliged if you kindly state the law in this regard & name of the book.

No, not to directly prove a point. It is not the best evidence on the point that

you could produce and a piece of paper cannot be

cross-examined.Wyoming Rules of Evidence and Wyoming

Rules of Civil Procedure. Further, it does not

meet the Daubert rules for an expert witness. You

might use it in your examination or cross-examination

of a witness, but probably could not get it to a jury.
