Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Wyoming

Statue of Limitations

I have a very simple question its in a debate for my daughters school paper. We would like to know is there a statue of limitations on offenses in the state of Wyoming? also if a person has a warrant for lets say a no court appearance will at some time that warrant be dropped. Thank you for your time we could find no information on this.

Re: Statue of Limitations

There are no statutes of limitations for criminal offenses committed in Wyoming. With increased usage of computers, even warrants of the type you mentioned will be accessible years from now. I have seen occasions when the bench warrant (order to pick up for failure to appear) is ten or more years old.
