Legal Question in Personal Injury in Wyoming

Toxic Mold

My son is attending school in WY and living in school housing. Recently maintenance started working in their apartment and uncovered moldy areas. My husband had our son send the mold samples home and they were tested. Stachybotrys and Chaetomium molds are the results. We've asked housing to move them and haven't gotten a response.

We're concerned about our son's health primarily. We would like the school to cover a health examination for all the boys living in the apartment.

We don't know what kind of lawyer to engage in the event we even need one.

Re: Toxic Mold

You need an attorney who is experienced in personal injury law, and one, who should have some exposure to toxic mold litigation. There are serveral good personal injury attorneys in Wyoming that can help you with that type of matter.

It is important to get you son's exposure and the extent of his injuries documented, and to insure the relevant statute of limitations do not pass.
