Legal Question in Administrative Law in Zimbabwe

I took sick leave the 1st and 2nd Oct 2012,with a certificate,then i took sick leave on the 6th Nov 2012 on a tuesday and dont have a ceritificate for that day now my mangaer wants me to sign unpaid for that day because of section 23 in the labour law?

sick leave should be supported by a certificate from a registered medical practitioner.better write to explain why you did not go to seek medical assistance. then sign the unpaid leave form because the law requires a reasonable excuse.
