J Steven Bingman

After seven years of practice with a large, California law firm, Mr. Bingman started a solo practice in 1998. His primary area of practice has remained in general civil litigation with focus on employment disputes, insurance matters, real estate, landlord/tenant disputes, construction matters and business litigation, including unfair business competition, trade secret protection and price discrimination. Mr. Bingman also handles family law matters. Mr. Bingman is a cum laude graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law where he served as the Managing Editor of the Law Review, graduating in the top 10% of his class. The Law Offices of J.
