I was formerly Counsel to the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee in Boston. On November 6, 2006, I argued a bankruptcy case before the US Supreme Court - the first consumer bankruptcy attorney from Massachusetts to do so in about twenty years. My office is in downtown Boston, across from Symphony Hall.
