Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
From the balance sheet and expenses statements. I have found that the association is not utilizing the funds for maintenance of flats in an honest manner. There are several gaps. In the GBM. The Managers bulldoze the members and have to give in. Election was held but since good members are afraid to stand in elections the same members are managing for last 10 years. There is no use engaging with the Board of Managers. Kindly advise me what is the alternative

In your situation, a legal suit for injunction and declaration can be filed so that issues are resolved.
