Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

Dear sir/madam

i am a railway employee working in the accounts deptt. and my service record, p/case and leave account etc. has been lost from office and after getting the information from the accounts officer, i have submitted several appeal for the preparation of the same as per the extant rule applicable after that i received one official letter from office to submit the documents, if any. after that i submitted 30 copies of documents which was available to me but after 4 months later again a letter was given to me for the attestion of the same , immediately i appeal again that since the record was under your custody and i am co-operating as per the extant rule of the administration so that administration should not be harassed for further processing and my lost case should be prepared and till date after a lapsed of 24 months there is no further any steps from the administration side.

sir service record, p/case and leave account is kept in the same office i.e.accounts office where i am working. under such circumstances can i take any legal action against my officer in the eye of law since it is the only basis for my service period and further course of life.

please advice me.

can i take the help of court and file a case against my officer, and if ,then under what section of the constitution of india.

Well to be honest with you sir, yesterday i was thinking to contact you through email and ask you ,can you handle my case and what will be the legal charges for this?

one more thing sir, one of my friend is advocate and his qualification is M.sc(Maths.)/ B.ed and LLB and he is more interested in doing tution from morning to late night instead of carrying his profession as an advocate and after hearing my case he has already served a pleader notice to my officer without refering any section , and i asked him whether he can handle the case or not and my officer has yet not given any reply to my advocate. In the meantime i came to know about lawGuru.

And i am very sorry to ask you every step again and again withou paying legal charges but my mentality is not like that.

forget this sir, please tell me how much i need to pay and in what way, but still i need your help.

Hope for your co-operation sir.
