Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
There is a non government organization working in our area, i have applied so many time but they din't shortlist me even i have worked more than 8 years professional , there are many guys are working in that organization who haven't experience and qualification as i have let me know can i contact to court to get my right, being a local it is my right to be there while there are a lot of the employees are working those are blog to other districts even other region even other Provence.

UnderArticle 199 of the provision of Islamic Republican of Pakistan u may file a petition against state for berozgari under the fundamental rights non providing by state its provision exist in out constitution so you may come before the court high court and get prayer in your petition for this
