Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Respected sir, i want to ask that under which act(rules) a government officer himself changed his first oder (whether it was a wrong order or right order) if he can not change his first order so tell me under which rules he can not change his first order my email address is bvarun89@yahoo.com

Dear Sir / Madam,
In any Government Department, rules and orders passed are to be countersigned by two signatories. If the concerned Government Officer has passed an order, he / she does not have the sole right to amend the order passed; the amendment has to be vetted by another independent officer who is above the rank of the Government Officer who passed the original order.
