sir
i have charge sheet-7 under civil services rule, now the judgement came from department : stop two increment without cumulative effect.
now i want to go to the court against this judgement.
my question is : how within time we can go to the court against this department judgement?
is this is time bound? and after that we can't go to the court?

There is no time limit for filing an appeal against the charge sheet and judgement order passed by the Court.
