Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
Sir hamari zameen 1944 me logo ne khana kasht me intiqaal ki hai are aba o ajdad fot hovey hain . hamari saari zameeney apney naam par ki hai 1953/54 tak hum record me hai aur 1961/62 k ijtimaal k baad hamarey name ghaib hai please sir give me any legal advise about this. Hamarey saat fard e sarkaar k intiqaalat hai lakin ous par hamarey aba o ajdad ka na koi signature hai aur na koi finger. Sir please help me and give me answer
