sir,

if any dispute between the parties as per mentioned in the agreement, arbitration clasue the case will be solved by the arbitrator which is appointed by the agreed by the parties.if the death of the arbitrator that case is also pending how can the case will be solved. in my opinion sec. 11 and 14 arbitration and consilation act defines appoint of arbitrator and impossible to act as arbitrator.first agreement the both parties agreed after death of arbitrator both parties agreed to appoint arbitrator kindly suggest procedure on this situvation. thanks with regard

if the arbitrator has expired then either the party can mutually appoint another arbitrator but if they are unable to reach a consensus they can approach the court for appointment of an arbitrator.

Firstly try to appoint an arbitrator mutually if that is not possible then you may approach court for an appointment of an arbitrator.
