Dear Sir / Madam,
Serampur Uttarpara
Hoogly
West Bengal.
Stamp Duty provisions and prevailing rates vary from State to State which you may confirm from the Registrar of Stamps Office in Chinsurah, Hoogly. If you are unable to confirm the prevailing Stamp Duty rate for a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) containing an Indemnity clause, I suggest you get the NDA done on an Rs. 100/- denomination Non-Judicial Stamp Paper or franking of equivalent value.
Regards,
