wife and her brother capture get out me from my self built house, if try to go there then she file rape case or turture case so i am no going since 4 years, now her brother claim child maintenance case due to two child are with her and she is govt employee, all are living in my house

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the title of the house is in your name, you are the "King" and not her "Slave". Be bold. Remember the famous Hindi saying "Joh so daraa; woh so maraa". Reestablish your right in your house. "Kick" your brother-in-law out of your house. If your wife is independent and working, there is no question of the Court granting her any child maintenance.
