Hi, I have deposited 'X' amount of money for a fixed period of 1 year with a Multi State Cooperative Society registered under MSCS Act 2002. The deposit has matured 2 years ago but the maturity amount is still not paid. I contacted them many times in last 2 years but there is no response. Can someone pls advise how to proceed with the legal action ?
Under which IPC section I can file case ? In which court ?
