A friend took a credit card and didn't repay the credit card debt. It has been 3 years since for this whole thing and now suddenly my sister and my mother have started receiving harassing phone calls daily about his debt when we are in no way associated with the loan. They are even speaking ill about my sister to my mother. HDFC the bank has no way to contact them about this. what can I do to stop this harassment.

Lodge a Public Grievance online through web for bad harassment done to you as will attract prevention of corruption act 1988 (P.C. ACT).
