Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i gave some money to a person without any documentation, i only have deposition slip of bank as proof that i deposited money in his account. can i file a case on him if he didn't return my money.

Yes, u can file a case. It is possible your wily friend may contend that it was repayment of a debt you owed to him. If he does not contest you can win. Ultimately truth will triumph.
