My Late Mother nominated me to receive her Savings A/c proceeds after her demise. Nomination registration number is printed on the first page of her Pass-Book.My mother passed away on 4.2.11; since then the Bank has been insisting on a 3rd Party Surety to release the amount as the Form DA1 had been lost by the Bank Clerk. can i take legal action against bank to recover my dues?
