I have paid 1,30000Rs (30000Rs cash & 60000 Rs cheque & 40000Rs cheque) money to my friend for his used car.After getting car to showroom find that lot of problems in car not worth for the cost. I returned car to my friend & taken the 20000Rs cash & 40000Rs cheque. Now he has to give me 70000Rs to me. Now he was refusing to pay. What legal action i can take.Request ur guidance.

If your friend refuses to repay your amount, report the matter to the Police to resolve the issue.
