My uncle had bought truck on private finance, but they couldn't done well with that and then given the truck back to finance. But after 3 to 4 years, finace company sent notice for payment of due along with intrest. Due to this my uncle got mentally disturb and now they are not healthwise well. But they are getting lot of pressure from finace company. Please suggest how to handle this
