My father gave 50000 on monthly interest but after two installments the gentle refused to pay or return same. I have a receipt on a paper with one rupee stamp. It was paid about 20 years ago.
What can I legally du?

Lodging a local Police complaint is the quickest legal remedy to resolve your problem and get your father's money back. Repost query if there is no Police action within 3 days of your lodging a Police complaint.

you also file case in civil or criminal court.best option you have to file case in lok adalat
