Legal Question in Business Law in India

I want to make a online E-commerce website like www.junglee.com so i want to know what are the legal hurdles and how to overcome them in every aspect whether it is registration issue and taxation issue.I am already having a proprietorship for education and Information technology services.so this proprietorship can be used for my new e-commerce business or i have to take a new proprietorship,as i want to use my same current account for all online transactions for e-commerce business. As this e-commerce website doesn't sale anything it just show the products and earn through commission.

you need to comply with cyberlaws. A comprehensive terms of use and privacy policy for your business is mandatory now as per IT Act,2000.We can surely draft these for you to comply with all e-commerce laws. You will also need to set up a special account for payment transactions.

you can discuss these services by writing to us at [email protected].
