Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have been given a cheque as refund against cancellation of a flat booking , the same has been dishonoured on 01.11.13 and builder is not giving me refund .
shall I file a case u/s 138. Kindly suggest step to step . If a go through the legal proceedings how much cost and time will it take to get my refund.

already answered your question. file the case either in delhi or ghaziabad. But delhi is a better option. Lawyers fee etc vary from lawyer to lawyer and duration of the case will depend on the diary of the judge. contact at 9312411481.
