hi we are constructing a house and the neighbours wall collapsed by accident ...they are demanding we build the wall immediately ,but it is highly impossible till our foundations are done and pillars raised ....they are trying to make quick money by asking us to pay their tenants who are occupying the residential place for commercial purpose for the unexpected damage of rs15000 immediately .We have agreed to build the wall at our cost .the prob is they are not willing to wait.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since the neighbour's wall has collapsed as a result of your construction, you will either have to immediately pay the sum of money demanded by the neighbour for them to reconstruct the wall; or better still, since you find the sum unreasonable and your construction is already on in your plot, you should instruct your contractor to immediately construct the neighbour's wall. I foresee that the neighbour will drag you to the Police if you do not comply immediately.
