Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father got a loan of 1.5 lakhs from a person keeping our house 10 years ago...the person who gave loan has filed a case now against my father for making an auction of the house to recover his money...my mother lives in the house and my father left her 8 yrs back...we were five children...two daughters married and settled 3 brothers now studying graduation by taking loan from bank ....my father wants to give trouble to us by making as home less...the property is in my fathers name...even we somehow arrange the money to pay back the loan....my father will not allow us to stay in that house...i dont want to have any problems like that.. dont know how to proceed ...please advise...how to soolve this without any legal complecation...

It appears that the matter cannot be resolved without legal intervention. Your mother may seek a restraining order against your father under domestic violence laws as she cannot be ousted from the house.
