Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Its regarding harassment by BSES

We are living in a house for more than 12 years.

and now all of a sudden BSES says there is long outstanding of previous owners of approx INR1.25. No notice given by BSES only verbal threat has been given that if dues are not cleared your electricity supply will be stopped. And after 1 month of this verbal threat, electricity supply has been disconnected.

Please advise. Neither any written bill has been given, nor any notice.

Can they do like that>

What should we do??

Hello,

BSES should give written bill and notice.

Have you contacted the Senior Office in Personal for the Issue.

Immediately contact a Lawyer for Notice and Other Legal Actions.
