Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My neighbour carelessly makes use of his generator, which he has kept very close to our boundary wall. It's noise is not only very annoying but it is polluting the air as all the exhaust gases from the generator are directly entering into my living room.Due to this its nearly impossible to sit in our living room.
please tell me the legal way in which i can deal with this problem.

You should request your neighbour to acquire and instal a new type of gen-set available in the market which works noiselessly and trips automatically once the power supply is restored.
