Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
the pettition filed under order 22 rule 9 (3) r/w.s 5 of Limitation Act. An affidavit given by second proposed party for a suit.there is only life time enjoyment rights in the property to the plantiff.now the plantiff passed away before 4 months. now the second party gave a pettition to continue the case. they made delay for 120 days after the death of the plantiff. in his pettition he shows that he is adopted by the plantiff. is that pettition is valid because the only legal heir for my father's second wife.what will happen?can it possible further how i can proceed please explain
