Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
Have any quota for other province person in punjab. if someone do work in Local Government authority since two years without having domicile of punjab. is he right for regular employment in this department?

As per employer bye laws and nothing concealed from local govt and he got permission as per services laws
