Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My sister did register marriage.but that time she signed in confusion. now she don't want live with him. the marriage had registed one 3 weeks before.can you please help me to solve this legally .(my parents dont know about this).

She can go for annulment of marriage or wait for a year and then file for divorce.

You can go for cancellation of marriage certificate as as your consent is obtained by fraud misrepresentation coercion or misrepresentation.
