Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Suppose a renowned law firm PQR having its head quarter in London. it also has a branch in Japan. an auto-mobile company XYZ of Japan and a Partnership firm of India ABC entered into a contract of import export of cars, and after some time due to that contract XYZ suffered a huge loss. The contract was entered into india. now XYZ seeks help of PQR law firm branch at japan and send a legal notice to ABC.

now my question is that, can a foreign law firm send a legal notice to a indian partnership firm. will it be in binding in nature. and if yes then can you suggest me the legal provisions or legal settlement over this proposition.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Yes, the foreign law firm can send a legal notice to the Indian partnership firm, especially in the light of the Indian partnership firm having a foreign partner and it will be binding on the partnership firm. If the partnership deed specifies that all legal disputes will be referred to a local court in India, the foreign law firm will either have to make a representation itself through its branch opened in India, or it will have to appoint a local law firm for representation.

Foreign law firm can send a legal notice and its binding ...........
