an innocent guy false charge 307 .please tell me the legal step. how to procedure for it .

one will have to contest. If you can substantiate at the stage of framing of charge, the court may drop the charge or else the court will ask the prosecution to prove the case against you. you will have to defend your self by cross examining the witnesses of the police and then lead your own evidence.
