Legal Question in Construction Law in India
builder not handing the dwelling unit beyond the legal extended 6 months time please advice how to go about the legal proceedings so that builder gives me 1% interest as per the agreement?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the Builder is not adhering to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, you should file a writ petition against the Builder in the Court.
