Legal Question in Consumer Law in

i was using tikona wireless broadband services, but due to poor connectivity and improper response from customer care i raised a request to terminate the connection.its been more than 2 months, they have not terminated the connection, they keep sending me bills and messages to pay bills. they keep calling to pay the bills. i have written a mail to customer care as well and their nodal officer but none of them replied back.
