Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

i am an accused ( A1) in a case filed under ipc 452,506,509.It's a small money problem between us, and the case was filed unnecesserily. we solved it later.the compliant/ victim is ready to withdraw case. we approached Loak adalath. but the case is rejected to withdraw because it ws filed under sec 452. almost 2 yr's are over till now. the other accused ( a2,a3,a4) are not attending to court. what sholud i do? the compliant is also not interested in continuing the case.please suggest me?

In case complainant does not appear in complaint case the case can be on dismissed due to non appearance.
