Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Want an advice regarding law of inheritance in a Muslim family where the mother's rental property after her death is inherited by her sons and daughters. the rent is collected by one son without proper authorization from other holders over a period of 3 years and not distributed to them at all. My question is that can we file a criminal case against the son who is collecting rent ?

you can seek an order restraining him from collecting the rent and asking the rent to be deposited in the court.
