Legal Question in Criminal Law in

i was attacked by some anti social studens & non students in side the university campus. it was reported to the National sc commisssion & D.C.P, Commissionarate Police, Bbhubaneswar. But due to the non action of police, i was attacked again & apprehending danger from those accused persons, Can i File a 107 petition of Cr.pc To execute a bond before the executive magistrate.or else what can i do to save my self from the accused persons.

107 CR P C is for breach of peace and that is not what is your remedy. you should file a criminal complaint before the police and police must register the FIR and arrest the accused persons. If police fails to register the complaint then file a criminal complaint before the magistrate under 156 (3) for direction to police to investigate and register the FIR. if you still do not succeed then file a criminal complaint under sec 200 CR pc before the magistrate or request the magistrate to treat 156 (3) as complaint under sec 200 and then you lead evidence so as for magistrate to summon teh accused persons to court.
