Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
In a criminal case u/s 420 467 468 471 120B IPC, the CID CB after investigation has concluded that the crime and forgery has been made and the accused persons be arrested. Can the investigation be transfered to another agency at this stage?? And if it is transfered, do the complainant have any remedy to question such transfer.
