Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

dear sir you may be give me my quari answer or not but i am confuse about your words that petitioner if succeed in filinng and alow of 340 in high court then court must be order for inqurai for cheating through false affidavits but my question that i am in crossing where one way go for under 200 crp, one way for session in revision for justice of 156(3) , one way as per advocate said not we start for 340 and one way in high court for mediation with plaintiff for compromise and cheating case shall be close automatically but in the high court plaintiff demand for them share from us and seller are refuse for any compesation to other legal heirs on ground of regisstereed will but we fight for false affidavits base loging FIR in the against of seller who are give in writing and defalter as per false and concealed affidavits . kindly suggest me where and why i consentrate my case because i was trapped by seller through cheating and every body make us fool legaly or illigally?
