dear sir, i need your personal criminal cum civil experience suggestions regarding my run three different court case in one matter i-e seller sold us a property on basis of false and concealed the other legal heirs name in affidavits with registered will in them favor out of total legal heirs by the deceased / lessee who was come from Pakistan and taken this property on the behalf of re-habitation from L&Do 1960 , without taken NOC from other legal heirs and without probated because seller manipulated through false affidavits converted mutation and free hold get from L&DO in them name and sold us that property through sale deed to us . and other legal heirs are file in high court partition suit and make us as party and seller also as a party . and also we issue legal notice to seller for inquiring of total legal heirs who are they ? then reply of seller advocate that total legal heirs increased and not matched with affidavits and advocate say that this is clerical mistake if department require then we shall be change this affidavits and we shall be defense your sale deed in the court for partition suit against the challenging the registered will and also plain tiff or other legal heirs are could not file any criminal suit on the seller but i was file complaint and 156 and also revision after dismissal of 156 on ground of during run civil suit not applicable and also run in the Ld mm court we fight for 200 and my advocate say that we file 340 in high court then our case shall be taken force fully action in dis. court . please tell me is it any benefit for me 340 or not or we fight in revision court or we fight in ld mm court for maintainability of complaint under 200 for offense false affidavits filing in the L&DO and sold property ?
