Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear Sir,
I am preparing for All India civil services exam, IAS/IPS/IFS. But a student agitation case is pending in District lower court since 2005, against me. The charges framed against 56 students are follows:
U/s 147/ 148/ 186/ 353/ 427/ 451/ 332/ 34 IPC & SEC. 3 PDP ACT.
We are appearing and attending date since 9 years. Justice delayed is justice denied. As far as i undertand (being a lay man) that attending dates for such a long time is itself a punishment. We are students and falsely implicated in a case by Police. Am I eligible to join civil services...Please guide

you need to mention about the case in your application form. you approach the highcourt and seek a releif of early disposal of the case.
