Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam,
We friends were partying and drinking last night (Christmas) at a friend's tattoo studio. When i woke up in the morning, i found a permanent tattoo right on my cheek. It was a prank for them and they are laughing at it. I aint sure whether they drugged me or injected anesthesia when i was drunk last night and carried out the tattoo task.
Can i file a criminal case upon them?
If yes, on what charges and what will be the maximum imprisonment?

See, its done without your consent but the same can't cause any harm upon you. Secondly, its difficult to prove as to who has exactly done that. I think, u should forget that.
