we have exported a goods to usa my customer is not paying the bills now his intension is to cheat me. now a days he is in india. how can i hold him in india by legal way

File a criminal complaint against him u/s 420/422 of IPC to the Police and get him arrested and then probably he will come to terms with you. You may also drop a detailed query at [email protected]
